Brand refresh and a new digital presence for Clarence Property

Overview

Clarence Property is a leading Australian property fund management business. As part of an aggressive expansion strategy, Clarence Property determined that a modernisation of their brand identity and digital offering was essential to reflect their new focus. To achieve this goal, Clarence Property employed the services of Sin Design.

Approach

Working closely with Clarence Property, Sin Design developed a visual brand language that communicated focus, energy, and sophistication. The brand look and feel was development in close collaboration with the client, ensuring their unique needs were considered early in the project.

Following sign off on the brand identity, Sin Design commenced design and development of the website. During this process, Sin Design created several key pages integrating the new brand identity. These pages were presented to the client for review and feedback. When the designs were approved, development commenced. The design and development teams collaborated closely using an agile methodology to build the remaining pages.
