Following the enormous success of the original Nirvana brand, Niecon added a further three levels of sky homes to the top of the building before construction.

These special apartments were named Nirvana Point Residences and given their own collateral. Sin created a brand infused with the pure white sand of Kirra beach, with an opulent gatefold brochure that epitomised the rare and limited apartments available.
