Sin was tasked with the job of making the complicated easy, document management and workflow was a natural progression, for the company, explaining this to clients wasn’t so easy. We started with a new positioning line… Making Work Flow. Then, all new, easy to understand collateral, we had to get the message across clear and simple to new and existing clients, creating a whole new side to the business for BBC Digital along the way.
